Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Assorted crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and cinnamon. Using an electric mixer, blend until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
- Add the chopped pecans and dried cranberries, and mix on low speed until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with a variety of crackers and enjoy the blend of creamy, citrusy, and nutty flavors!
Notes
- Cream Cheese Softness: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Orange Juice Concentrate: Frozen orange juice concentrate provides a stronger orange flavor than regular juice; it’s best to use concentrate for maximum citrus flavor.
- Blending: Don’t overmix the pecans and cranberries; use a low speed to prevent breaking up the nuts and cranberries too much.
