Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
