Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars about 6 fun-size
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Crush Butterfinger Bars: Place the Butterfinger bars in a resealable bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin. Set aside.
  • Melt Peanut Butter and Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Coat the Cereal: Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted peanut butter-chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.
  • Add Butterfinger Pieces: Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bars over the chocolate-coated cereal, tossing gently to incorporate.
  • Add Powdered Sugar: Transfer the cereal mixture to a large resealable plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until the cereal is fully coated with sugar.
