- - 8 oz Rotini
- - 1 lb Ground beef
- - 1/2 cup water
- - 1 oz Taco seasoning
- - 1 1/2 cups Salsa
- - 2 cups Shredded Mexican cheese divided
Prepare rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook and crumble the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the cooked ground beef. Stir and cook until the water is gone.
Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the seasoned ground beef. Mix in the salsa and combine well.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese until melted.
Remove the pot from heat, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and let it melt. Serve warm and enjoy!
