Ingredients

  • 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and cinnamon. Using an electric mixer, blend until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
  • Add the chopped pecans and dried cranberries, and mix on low speed until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve with a variety of crackers and enjoy the blend of creamy, citrusy, and nutty flavors!

Notes

  • Cream Cheese Softness: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • Orange Juice Concentrate: Frozen orange juice concentrate provides a stronger orange flavor than regular juice; it’s best to use concentrate for maximum citrus flavor.
  • Blending: Don’t overmix the pecans and cranberries; use a low speed to prevent breaking up the nuts and cranberries too much.
