Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup butter
  • - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 3½ cups powdered sugar

Microwave Method:

  • In a glass bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring well after each addition.
  • Grease an 8-9 inch pan with butter or line it with parchment paper. Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Stovetop Method:

  • In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and gradually mix in the powdered sugar, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Prepare an 8-9 inch pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and smooth the surface.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before cutting. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a twist, sprinkle chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips on top of the fudge before chilling.
  • This fudge can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let it thaw slightly before serving.
