  • - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese diced
  • - 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • - 1 can 16.3 oz biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
  • - 2 tbsp butter melted
  • - 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
  • Add the Cheese: Stir in diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly.
  • Fill and Seal: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal and form a bomb shape.
  • Brush and Bake: Place the filled dough bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with melted butter.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown.
