- - 12 mozzarella cheese cubes approx 1 inch each
- - 4 tbsp butter melted
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - Marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
Prepare Biscuit Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a mozzarella cube in the center. Wrap the dough tightly around the cheese, sealing the edges.
Make Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Coat the Bombs: Dip each biscuit bomb into the butter mixture, then roll it in grated Parmesan cheese. Place each bomb into a muffin tin cup.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Spicy Option: Add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for a spicy kick.
- Cheese Variations: Mix shredded cheddar or Gouda with the mozzarella for extra cheesy flavor.
- Herb Brightness: Add freshly chopped basil or parsley to the garlic butter mixture for a fresh, aromatic touch.
