Ingredients
  

  • - 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • - 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • - 1-2 jalapeños seeded and finely diced
  • - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • - 1 tbsp lime juice
  • - 16 oz cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped. Do not puree.
  • Transfer the cranberries to a mixing bowl and stir in the green onions, jalapeños, cilantro, sugar, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate the cranberry mixture for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Spread the softened cream cheese evenly onto a serving platter or shallow dish.
  • Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  • Serve with crackers, pita chips, or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
