- Cookie Dough:

- 2 large eggs beaten
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- For Decoration:
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Dough: In a large bowl, mix cake mix, beaten eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 7-8 minutes until the cookies are set but still soft to the touch. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
