Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 1 cup granulated sugar
  • - 2 tsp baking powder
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1 cup whole milk
  • - 1 can 21 oz lemon pie filling
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh or bottled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  • Spoon the lemon pie filling evenly over the batter. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbling.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgence.
  • For a stronger lemon flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the batter.
