Ingredients
  

  • - 1 pre-made graham cracker crust 9-inch
  • - 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • - 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • - 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • - 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, drained pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
  • Add lemon juice and gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  • Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, pecans, or coconut if desired.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a more tropical twist, add a handful of chopped maraschino cherries.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To make it lighter, use reduced-fat condensed milk and whipped topping.
