- - 1 pre-made graham cracker crust 9-inch
 - - 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
 - - 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
 - - 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
 - - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
 - - 1/4 cup lemon juice
 - - 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
 
 
In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, drained pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
Add lemon juice and gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, pecans, or coconut if desired.
Slice and serve chilled.
 
- For a more tropical twist, add a handful of chopped maraschino cherries.
