- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Base Layer: Pour the peanut butter mixture into a 9x13-inch pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Melt the Chocolate: Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until fully melted.
Add the Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the bars for 1 hour or until set. Once chilled, cut into bars and serve.
- Even layers: Use the flat side of a measuring cup to press the peanut butter layer evenly into the pan.
