- - 1 pound breakfast sausage roll
 - - 4 eggs
 - - 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
 - - 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
 
 
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook the Sausage: Crumble the breakfast sausage into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until no longer pink, then drain off the fat. Allow the sausage to cool slightly.
